TNHS' 4th place on YES-O Sayawit, still a feat

It was questionable for Tablon High performers not to win a place on the YES-O Sayawit Competition held last September 13 at West City Central School, Carmen, this city.

For them, the guidelines were strictly followed, the criteria were observed, not to mention their performance in comparison to other performers.
"Our voice went beyond our powers," remarked one Tablon participant to secure the voice quality of the criteria.

They ranked fourth according to the tabulators' final sheet, shown by the contest facilitators.

"If I were to evaluate, only our school and the Regional Science High School did the sayawit in the truest sense of the contest," said Mrs. Rosie Tan, school faculty who witnessed the contest herself.

"If the Regional Science will win the event, we will surely get the second place," a prediction of Mr. Ray Butch Mahinay, coach for the contest, which apparently did not come true.

"It is still a feat to be on the fourth place," he said after the contest.
